Tile Tactics is designed to minimize data usage. The app does not require real names, email addresses, or personal contact information.

If you use online multiplayer features, we may process limited data such as:

• Game session and match data
• Basic technical data required for gameplay

We use this limited data only to:

• Provide online multiplayer functionality
• Display usernames during matches
• Maintain game performance and stability
• Prevent abuse and inappropriate usernames

3. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or rent user data. Limited data may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly for operating multiplayer services.

During online gameplay, your username may be visible to other players.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

Tile Tactics does not display advertisements and does not use tracking technologies. We do not track users across apps or websites.

5. Online Play and User Safety

The app includes optional online multiplayer features. To help provide a safe environment, Tile Tactics does not include free-text chat or direct messaging between players.

Players may choose a username. Usernames are automatically filtered to reduce inappropriate or offensive content, although no filtering system is perfect.

We reserve the right to restrict or remove usernames that violate our rules.

6. Permissions

The app does not require permissions that access sensitive personal data (such as contacts, camera, microphone, or location) for normal gameplay.

7. Children’s Privacy

Tile Tactics is suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Because online features exist, usernames may be visible to other players. No direct communication between players is provided.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data used by the app. However, no system is completely secure.

9. User Rights

Users may request the deletion of their username and related game data at any time by contacting us at support@nativesoft.ro.

Users may also change or remove their nickname directly within the app settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the effective date above.
