We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate the app, such as hosting, online gameplay infrastructure, or advertising services.

When you play online, your chosen username may be visible to other players during matches.

Clean Backgammon uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect limited information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, and other technical data in order to provide ads and support ad delivery.

If you configure ads for children or use non-personalized ads, the behavior of ad delivery may be limited accordingly.

5. Online Play and User Safety

Clean Backgammon offers online multiplayer matches. To help keep the experience safe, the app does not provide free-text chat or direct player-to-player messaging.

Players may choose a username for online play. Usernames are checked using automated filters intended to block offensive or inappropriate words. However, no automated system is perfect, and some inappropriate content may still bypass filtering.

We reserve the right to restrict, replace, or remove usernames that violate our rules or are considered inappropriate.

The app does not require permissions that would access highly sensitive personal information, such as contacts, camera, or microphone, for normal gameplay. If future versions request additional permissions, this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Children’s Privacy

Clean Backgammon is intended for a general audience and may be played by children. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.

Because the app includes online multiplayer, a player’s chosen username may be visible to other players. For safety reasons, we use filtering for usernames and do not provide free-text chat.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that inappropriate personal information has been provided through the app, please contact us and we will review the request.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed by the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users may request the deletion of their username and related game data at any time by contacting us at support@nativesoft.ro.

Users may also change or remove their nickname directly within the app settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Any changes will apply from the updated effective date.
