1. Data We Collect

Gustivela does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data. The application does not require user registration, login credentials, or personal identifiers.

2. Local Storage & Offline Usage

Any user-generated data (such as favorite recipes, shopping list items, custom recipe additions, or settings) is stored exclusively on your local device. This data is never sent to external servers or accessible by NativeSoft.

Gustivela AI (offline assistant)

The app includes an assistant that answers questions about recipes and about how the app works. It runs entirely on your device: your messages, its answers and your own recipes are processed only on your phone and are never sent to us or to anyone else. Conversations are not saved: they stay in the phone's memory only while the app is open (at most the last 40 messages) and are gone when you close the app or start a new conversation. To find your own recipes, the app keeps a search index of them in its private storage on your device; it is removed together with the app's data. The assistant's answers come from the recipes and the help in the app and may contain mistakes: check quantities, temperatures and cooking times in the recipe itself.

Nutritional values, calories, and culinary guidelines provided in Gustivela are for informational and culinary reference purposes only. They do not constitute medical, dietetic, or nutritional advice. Users with specific medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

Gustivela contains no third-party advertisements, analytics SDKs, trackers, or user profiling tools.

5. Permissions

Gustivela requests minimal device permissions strictly necessary for application functionality (such as reading local recipe storage or utilizing system Text-to-Speech). Gustivela does not access location, contacts, microphone, camera, or sensitive system resources.

6. Children's Privacy

Gustivela is safe for users of all ages, though designated for general audiences 18+. We do not collect or request any personal information from children or any other users.

7. Data Security

Because all data resides exclusively on your local device, security and backups are governed by your device's native security settings and backup preferences.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
