Find your LAN gateway (in this example is 10.0.22.1)
route delete 0.0.0.0 10.0.22.1
route add 10.0.0.0 mask 255.0.0.0 10.0.22.1
if you have other LAN IP-s outside the default mask you should ask them too, for example :
route add 129.1.1.187 10.0.49.1
